SAP Insurance Consultant (FS-PM/FS-CM)

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Insurance Consultant to join our Insurance Business Unit. You will work on end‑to‑end SAP transformations for international insurance clients, focusing on policy and claims management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in complex SAP Insurance projects and deliver enterprise‑wide transformational programs.
• Collaborate with international project teams and client stakeholders to design and implement SAP solutions.
• Analyse functional and technical requirements and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Lead internal or external workshops and support knowledge transfer.
• Develop expertise in SAP’s newest insurance modules and related technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP FS‑Policy Management or SAP FS‑Claims Management.
• Strong SAP ABAP programming skills and knowledge of oData and/or CDS views.
• Excellent communication, client‑relationship, and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
