About the role

The company specializes in the design, production and installation of aluminium‑glass ventilated façades and aluminium/PVC joinery. They are looking for a Construction Site Manager to lead and coordinate all activities on the building site in Belgrade.

Key responsibilities

• Organise work and supervise the execution of construction on the site.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational plans for each project.
• Develop and implement BZR measurement projects and ensure their execution.
• Secure site resources: labour, materials, energy and other needs.
• Validate, process invoices and align capacities for each site object.
• Manage construction documentation, including daily logs and official books.
• Oversee site warehouse operations.
• Ensure works are carried out according to technical and project documentation.
• Arrange required material, machinery, equipment and tools.
• Supervise health‑technical protection measures for workers, equipment and devices.
• Coordinate ecological and environmental protection for the site and its surroundings.
• Control overall construction documentation linked to site works.
• Monitor quality, pace of work, material consumption and other expenses.
• Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Provide data for investor reports and participate in their preparation.

Required profile

• Graduate civil engineering degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in site management.
• Active B‑category driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project.
