Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead multiple client accounts and complex projects at Method Agency, a young full‑service creative agency. You will act as the trusted partner for our clients, translating business objectives into clear briefs and guiding multidisciplinary teams from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage several clients and complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality results.
• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Translate client objectives into inspiring briefs for creative, production and internal teams.
• Prepare and present strategic and creative proposals for campaigns.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, timelines and monitor project performance.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams on budgets, contracts and invoicing.
• Stay updated on market trends, digital innovations and best practices, proposing new solutions for clients.
• Mentor and support junior members of the account team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or client services within marketing, communications, PR or digital agencies.
• Proven track record of handling multiple clients and complex projects.
• Experience with institutional communications and public‑sector clients is a plus.
• Strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, high ownership and ability to make decisions.
