Senior Growth Product Manager – Activation & Funnel Innovation

About the role

NovaKid, a global leader in online English education for children, is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own and reinvent the critical activation funnel—from first sign‑up to the initial purchase. You will act as a "Growth CEO," shaping the end‑to‑end experience that turns curious parents into paying subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype, test, and launch new funnel concepts that reduce friction and accelerate time‑to‑value.
• Analyze data to pinpoint funnel leaks and translate insights into high‑impact product features.
• Design and iterate trial experiences and product mixes that consistently deliver the “Aha!” moment.
• Optimize subscription tier matching, upsell opportunities, and overall revenue metrics such as ARPU and LTV.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Operations, and Engineering to align acquisition strategies with the most converting customer journeys.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on growth, activation, and conversion rate optimization.
• Proven commercial intuition with a track record of successful product designs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset; able to manipulate and present data to validate prototypes.
• Experience managing international consumer products and adapting funnels for diverse markets.
• Comfortable working fully remote and proficient with Agile processes.
