Senior Marketing Specialist – Serbia & Montenegro

About the role

The Mastercard office in Belgrade is seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing and communication initiatives across Serbia and Montenegro. The role focuses on executing sponsorships, B2B campaigns, and integrated 360° marketwide activities that align with business objectives and global priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sponsorships, partnerships and B2B marketing campaigns in Serbia and Montenegro.
• Support planning and implementation of integrated 360° marketwide campaigns with a strong focus on media planning and coordination.
• Lead assigned marketing projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timely, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of communication initiatives such as industry events, customer events and special PR projects.
• Coordinate with media, creative and production agencies, providing clear direction and feedback.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports and recommend data‑driven optimisations.
• Manage marketing budgets, track spending and ensure alignment with financial processes.
• Develop marketing materials and presentations for B2B purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective marketing programs and activations.
• Proactively propose new ideas and solutions to enhance campaign performance.
