SEO Manager

About the role

Windsor.ai is seeking an SEO Manager to own and scale organic growth for its data integration platform. You will lead both content and technical SEO initiatives, focusing on programmatic and integration‑driven pages to compete with leading data‑integration providers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an end‑to‑end organic acquisition strategy covering technical SEO, content SEO, and programmatic page optimization.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive gap analysis against major category players.
• Scale and optimize a library of 300+ connector and integration pages for search performance.
• Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to brief and prioritize SEO‑focused blog and landing page content.
• Lead technical SEO efforts including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking.
• Design and manage link‑building and digital PR campaigns.
• Define, track, and report organic KPIs (traffic, rankings, MQLs/SQLs, conversion rates) directly to the founder.
• Stay ahead of emerging search trends, including AI‑driven search and LLM‑based answer engines.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and pipeline for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in martech, data, or analytics.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including site audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and JavaScript rendering issues.
• Experience with programmatic SEO and large‑scale content libraries is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working with SQL and data‑centric tools in a technical, data‑driven environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of owning a channel end‑to‑end.
