SMB Deployment Project Manager

About the role

The SMB Deployment Project Manager will lead the implementation of NCRV Point of Sale solutions for small‑to‑medium sized customers. This customer‑facing position requires balancing client expectations with internal processes while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from assignment through completion and handoff.
• Coordinate sales‑to‑project handoff and schedule discovery meetings.
• Translate customer needs into a complete Aloha solution.
• Document and communicate milestones internally and with the client.
• Track tasks and timelines in project‑management software.
• Lead post‑install follow‑up meetings to ensure satisfaction.
• Document business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet delivery dates.
• Apply professional standards and continuously develop industry knowledge.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry.
• Experience with Point of Sale software; Aloha POS experience is a plus.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Process‑driven, detail‑oriented, self‑starter.
