Spa Therapist

About the role

The Spa Therapist joins the St. Regis Belgrade Spa team to deliver premium, personalized spa experiences to guests. Working full‑time on‑site, you will provide a range of beauty and wellness treatments while ensuring a tranquil and safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform facials, body therapies, manicures, pedicures and other spa services in line with brand standards.
• Consult with guests to assess their needs, recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized and peaceful spa setting, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with spa colleagues and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge in cosmetology and professional spa treatments.
• Hands‑on experience delivering facials and skincare treatments.
• Proficiency in pedicures and basic hand‑foot care with high hygiene standards.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, spa therapy or a related field; hotel or resort spa experience is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, stand for extended periods and maintain professionalism under pressure.
