About the role

As a Recruitment and Development Specialist at Generali Osiguranje Srbija, you will lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process and support employee growth initiatives. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to ensure the right talent is attracted, selected, and integrated into the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from needs analysis to candidate selection.
• Define key competencies for each position and assess candidate proficiency.
• Develop and improve selection tools, methodologies, and competency assessment frameworks.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate internal mobility processes and support talent transfers.
• Participate in onboarding and off‑boarding to enhance new‑hire experience.
• Contribute to employer branding strategies and improve candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Degree in Psychology.
• Proven experience in competency and potential assessment using psychological methods.
• Strong communication, empathy, and professional attitude with candidates, employees, and managers.
• Proactive, creative, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on HR trends.
• Good command of English.
