Support Engineer (Tue‑Sat) – Cloud Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a client‑facing Support Engineer to help IT professionals and administrators get the most out of the Nerdio platform. You will work with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft cloud technologies, providing fast, accurate resolutions for technically proficient customers.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environment deployments and Azure infrastructure setup using Nerdio Manager.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers and MSP partners to assess requirements, validate infrastructure readiness, and ensure best‑practice deployments.
• Provide hands‑on technical support across the full Nerdio platform, responding promptly to cases and delivering clear solutions.
• Diagnose root causes, resolve incidents, and contribute to problem‑management processes.
• Apply deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune, FSLogix, networking, and Active Directory services to solve complex issues.

Required profile

• Strong technical depth with experience in Microsoft cloud services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technically proficient customers.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
