UX/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to work on different B2B SaaS products, turning complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences. You'll collaborate with multiple teams, use and extend our existing design system, and shape new features across various applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design features from start to finish – turn product requirements and user needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces, staying involved through implementation.
• Make complex workflows easy to use – design data‑heavy screens, multi‑step processes and tools that people rely on daily.
• Work with our existing design system – use established components and patterns to keep applications consistent, extending the system when new features require it.
• Collaborate across teams – work with product managers, engineers and stakeholders across different B2B SaaS projects.
• Improve existing experiences – use feedback, usability testing and team insights to identify friction and refine designs.
• Use AI in your design workflow – explore AI‑assisted tools to generate alternatives, prototype faster and reduce repetitive work while applying your own design judgement.

Required profile

• Designed B2B SaaS applications before, with a portfolio showing how you solve complex product problems.
• Senior‑level design experience, independently taking complex features from exploration through delivery.
• Confident in Figma, comfortable with components, variants, variables and auto‑layout, and able to contribute to the design system.
• Strong UX thinking combined with UI skills, caring about hierarchy, interaction design, typography and accessibility.
• Ability to deliver thoughtful work at a steady pace, breaking larger problems into smaller deliverables and responding constructively to feedback.
• Curious about AI in design and willing to explore new tools that improve your work.
• Clear communication in English and independent work management across multiple teams.

Required skills

• Figma – main tool for interface design, prototypes, shared libraries and developer handoff.
• Jira – coordination of tasks and project tracking.
• Confluence – documentation of design decisions and specifications.
• Slack – communication with cross‑functional teams.
• AI‑assisted design tools – leveraging AI capabilities within design workflows.
