Creative Strategist & Graphic Designer (Eastern Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Strategist who also excels as a Graphic Designer to lead the visual communication for fast‑paced advertising campaigns targeting CPG audiences across Eastern Europe. The role blends strategic insight on ad performance with hands‑on design and motion‑graphics production.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for creative communication and deliver work primarily via Slack.
• Translate ad concepts into compelling ad angles and visual assets.
• Create static images and motion graphics for a variety of campaigns.
• Review performance reports, summarize findings, and propose actionable creative improvements.
• Identify and flag potential roadblocks early to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality creative delivery.
• Track performance data, spot trends, and adjust creative strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years in a client‑facing creative strategist role.
• 3‑5+ years as a graphic designer, preferably within a fast‑moving CPG environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work for US‑based CPG brands.
• Excellent English communication (C‑level) and project‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive.
• Ability to work full‑time aligned with EST hours.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Slack for team collaboration.
