Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Financial Controller to oversee regional financial performance for our client MagnaPharm. The role covers multiple legal entities in Serbia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo, reporting to Central Controlling and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and management presentations in line with Group reporting standards.
• Control accruals, coordinate with accounting service providers, and ensure accurate booking of transactions.
• Develop the annual budget and quarterly forecasts, monitor variances and re‑forecast as needed.
• Provide in‑depth financial analysis, support business development modelling, and deliver ad‑hoc reports for decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with General Management, Central Finance, Sales, Operations, Logistics and Accounting to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial controlling, budgeting and forecasting within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Opex, Capex and Net Working Capital management.
• Ability to work across several countries and legal entities.
• Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail.
