Installation Coordinator (Project Manager) – Remote

About the role

Our client, a growing playground equipment supplier, is looking for an Installation Coordinator (also called Operations Coordinator) to oversee the planning and execution of installation projects. This full‑time remote position will serve as the main liaison between customers and installers, ensuring smooth, on‑time installations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50‑100 active installation jobs.
• Communicate with customers to explain the installation process and provide updates.
• Coordinate with installers, schedule jobs, and ensure they have required resources.
• Track timelines, troubleshoot issues on‑site, and resolve problems promptly.
• Maintain accurate records using Airtable, Shopify and spreadsheet tools.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, contractor management or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable with process improvement.
