IP Renewals Analyst – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level IP Renewals Analyst to join Clarivate’s Trademark Renewal/Maintenance team in Belgrade. You will work closely with external clients, manage administrative tasks related to IP rights renewals, and help mentor new team members.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain renewal details of clients’ IP rights in Clarivate’s IP management systems.
• Process operational activities such as data onboarding, verification, client instructions, payments to Patent and Trademark Offices, and coordination with agents.
• Prioritise and respond to client correspondence, ensuring timely filing of renewal applications with supporting documents.
• Handle invoicing, credits, and payment of agent invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes based on day‑to‑day observations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient level of English.
• Experience in customer support, administrative tasks, or meeting deadlines is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
