Technology Business Consultant

About the role

Join FIS’s fast‑growing Professional Services team as a Technology Business Consultant. You will work on the implementation and configuration of the award‑winning FIS Payment Hub for corporate clients across Europe, delivering end‑to‑end payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test and support the FIS Payment Hub within client projects.
• Participate in Scrum/Agile teams, collaborating with functional and technical consultants.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and ensure smooth transition to production.
• Travel to client sites (0‑30% of the time) as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in client‑facing roles.
• Understanding of financial markets (payments, banking, e‑commerce, treasury, insurance or liquidity management).
• Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
• Solid grasp of the software implementation project lifecycle.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
