Bid Coordinator (Entry-Level)

About the role

Clarivate is looking for an entry-level Bid Coordinator to join its Belgrade office as part of the Academic and Government Global Bids & Proposals Team, which sits inside the Sales Operations Team. The team works in a fast-paced, cross-functional way to support company growth and customer retention, responding to tenders, RFPs, questionnaires and vendor assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Support a globally dispersed team in responding to customer requests tied to sales or customer relationship management, such as bids and questionnaires
• Apply attention to detail across all projects and document types
• Track and manage multiple concurrent deadlines and deliverables
• Prepare responsive and accurate documentation
• Use internal applications and project dashboards effectively
• Ensure full compliance with bid or assessment instructions and guidelines
• Use online portals to obtain and return documents and help maintain commonly used resources

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (business administration, corporate background)
• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Nice to have: prior experience in sales operations environments and supporting multiple stakeholder teams

Required skills

• MS 365, Adobe Acrobat and other common business applications
• Nice to have: familiarity with Salesforce and content management systems such as Loopio
