Buyer – Indirect Purchasing (M/F)

About the role

Join L'Oréal's Belgrade team as a Buyer in Indirect Purchasing, supporting the Adria Balkan region. You will lead projects related to event organization, vendor negotiations and compliance management across multiple service categories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead event organization projects (MICE) and negotiate with vendors for mobility, HR services, facility, transport and logistics.
• Prepare RFx documents, evaluate bids and conduct deep‑dive analysis using internal and external benchmarks.
• Conduct strategic negotiations on price, quality, volume, lead times, contracts and payment terms.
• Manage compliance processes including supplier codification, social audit, GDPR and purchase order procedures.
• Support business stakeholders during supplier codification and localization processes.
• Prepare and consolidate HUB budget by categories and monitor KPIs related to purchasing performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in indirect procurement or similar role.
• Strong planning, organization and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility.
• Fluent in Serbian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP procurement modules.
