Demand Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Belgrade‑based Demand Marketing Manager to drive and accelerate marketing growth for Clarivate’s Academia & Government solutions. You will work closely with marketing, sales and business stakeholders to generate demand across the entire funnel and help meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and project‑manage integrated, multi‑channel digital campaigns aligned with business strategy.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing and Sales teams to create global campaigns with localized elements.
• Manage creation and distribution of assets such as ads, emails, webinars and other content.
• Track performance, present results and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Ensure lead capture and flow into marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Salesforce).
• Oversee external vendor relationships to optimise execution.
• Analyse campaign data to continuously improve demand programs.
• Source Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and drive sales pipeline value.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient English.
• 5+ years of B2B digital demand marketing experience, preferably in a complex, matrixed organisation.
• 2+ years developing integrated, multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience with Google, LinkedIn and Meta advertising platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, marketing attribution models and reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.
• Background in the Academic & Government sector and experience working with global teams is advantageous.
