Digital Performance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Performance Specialist who will own and optimise large‑scale paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms, working directly with demanding clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up and continuously optimise performance campaigns across multiple channels, managing significant media budgets and diverse objectives such as awareness, lead generation and online sales.
• Monitor daily performance, conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences and landing pages, and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
• Analyse results, prepare detailed performance reports, and translate data into clear insights for clients and internal teams.
• Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients, collaborate with account, creative and social teams, and support media planning and budgeting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform changes, test new channels and techniques, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, paid media or digital advertising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and large budgets while meeting KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and conversion rate.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience preparing detailed performance reports and optimisation recommendations.
• Excellent client communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
