Executive Assistant (Remote) for Fast‑Growing Marketing Agency

About the role

We are a rapidly expanding Shopify retention agency looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder and partner with the Head of People. This remote‑first position offers a clear path to a Founder’s Associate role as you take on increasing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Founder’s inbox across Slack, email and LinkedIn, prioritising urgent matters.
• Own calendar scheduling, meeting preparation and follow‑up to keep the Founder on track.
• Coordinate travel, reservations and both internal and external events.
• Repurpose and schedule marketing content across platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist the People team with contracts, admin tasks, candidate screening and talent pipeline management.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements using AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations role in a fast‑growing environment.
• Self‑starter who delivers without needing constant direction.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping tasks.
• Discreet handling of confidential information.
• Strong communicator with excellent English.
• Available online 12‑5 pm CET.
