Freelance Recruiter – Remote, Commission‑Based

About the role

Workster is expanding its international freelance recruitment network and seeks experienced recruiters to work remotely on a commission‑based model. You will source, engage and convert candidates for a variety of vacancies across Europe and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates for active vacancies across Europe and international markets.
• Identify the right candidates for the right opportunities and present the role effectively.
• Engage, qualify and introduce suitable candidates to client selection processes.
• Build and manage your own candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, social media and community channels.
• Collaborate with the international recruitment team and participate in regular best‑practice and vacancy update meetings.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on recruitment or active sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to source candidates independently.
• Native or fluent Serbian and professional English.
• Comfortable working under a commission‑per‑hire freelance model.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own recruitment pipeline.
