HR SSC Team Leader

About the role

As an HR SSC Team Leader you will head a shared services team responsible for delivering HR services across multiple countries. You will ensure the team meets service level agreements, complies with legal and corporate standards, and continuously improves processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of the HR SSC, guaranteeing service delivery according to SLAs and KPIs.
• Motivate and align the team with company objectives, set goals, monitor performance and support issue resolution.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members, creating individual action plans and providing training as needed.
• Maintain compliance with legal requirements, internal policies, and global HR guidelines.
• Drive process improvement and standardisation projects within the team.
• Collaborate with local HR partners (Payroll, Employee Relations, HR Business Partner) and participate in cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR shared services or BPO environments.
• Proven leadership experience with intercultural and diverse teams.
• Academic degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication abilities.
