Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive end‑user and office infrastructure support. The role involves on‑site assistance for a variety of devices and technologies, ensuring smooth daily operations across the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals on Windows, macOS and Linux platforms.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, including imaging and labeling.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user‑related issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Maintain office IT services such as network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related network infrastructure.
• Support smart‑office solutions, digital signage and conference‑room technologies.
• Conduct asset inventory audits, manage asset records and ensure compliance with asset‑management policies.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, device redeployment, disposal and stock management.
• Assist with office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and technology deployments for business events.
• Provide remote‑hands assistance and escort third‑party vendors when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user IT support across multiple operating systems.
• Familiarity with office network infrastructure and peripheral devices.
• Strong organizational skills for asset tracking and inventory management.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
