IT Endpoint Engineer

About the role

Zühlke is looking for an experienced IT Endpoint Engineer to join its Digital Workplace team. You will own the engineering, management and continuous improvement of the global endpoint environment, covering Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android devices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain modern endpoint management solutions, configurations, policies and standards.
• Drive automation and standardisation across endpoint management using scripting and modern management capabilities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android clients, including provisioning, configuration, compliance and retirement.
• Package, automate and distribute applications, improving software deployment processes.
• Support and manage the virtual desktop environment based on Omnissa.
• Collaborate with Digital Workplace and other IT teams to enhance endpoint services at scale.

Required profile

• Proven experience in endpoint engineering and device management.
• Strong focus on Windows and macOS platforms with hands‑on experience across multiple OSes.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver secure, reliable workplace services.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional IT teams.
