Linux System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to join our infrastructure team. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining core Linux‑based services that keep our production environment stable, performant, and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain core Linux infrastructure services.
• Build and operate monitoring and management tools to ensure high availability and visibility.
• Analyze, optimise, and troubleshoot Linux systems and related services.
• Develop automation and orchestration scripts using Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems, services, and procedures.
• Collaborate with application, network, and security teams on service initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Linux system administration (Red Hat/CentOS and/or Debian/Ubuntu).
• Hands‑on experience with Linux services such as DNS, DHCP, web, mail, RADIUS, or LDAP.
• Practical knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Bash, Python, Ansible, Perl).
• Understanding of multi‑server and high‑availability environments.
• Solid grasp of TCP/IP networking, routing, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms like Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
