Low-code / No-code Automation Developer

About the role

At Novakid we are on a mission to build the world’s best online education platform for children. With over 80,000 students and 2,500 teachers, we need a Low‑code/No‑code Automation Engineer to design, implement and scale automation solutions for our Marketing, Sales and Customer Care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives – design, build and maintain scalable solutions using low‑code/no‑code platforms such as Workato, Bloomreach and AI platforms.
• Architect solutions – define integration patterns, design APIs/webhooks and ensure automations are resilient, performant and secure.
• Standardize practices – establish guidelines for workflow design, documentation, testing and monitoring to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Drive quality and governance – introduce best practices like code reviews, automated testing, monitoring and audit processes.
• Collaborate across teams – work closely with product owners, business stakeholders and engineering to translate requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership – mentor junior automation developers, conduct technical reviews and lead knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development.
• Proven expertise in low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier, n8n).
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks and event‑driven integrations.
• Experience working with databases and SQL, including writing and optimizing queries.
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom extensions and scripts.
• Familiarity with AWS services and containerized deployments.
• Experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience with version control and issue‑tracking systems.
• Telephony and voice integration experience with cloud platforms (Aircall, CallGear, Maqsam, Verimor) and voice AI agents (ElevenLabs), plus CRM/Intercom integration.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions.
• Strong communication skills in English (Upper‑Intermediate or higher).
