Marketing Executive – Western Balkans

About the role

The Marketing Executive will drive demand generation and channel growth for Autodesk across the Western Balkan region. You will plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns, working closely with inside sales and partner teams to build a consistent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise demand‑generation campaigns, including digital activities, events, webinars and outbound programmes.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery from planning through reporting, lead follow‑up and optimisation.
• Develop and manage channel marketing programmes, promotions and lead‑generation initiatives that support partner growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and MDF funds, ensuring compliance with approved processes, timelines and budgets.
• Analyse campaign results, sales trends and market data to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Support lead generation and pipeline development in collaboration with Inside Sales and partner teams.
• Coordinate and deliver marketing events and partner engagement activities, including localisation of content and assets.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant marketing or communications experience, ideally in B2B channel marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Strong hands‑on experience in campaign execution, demand generation and event management.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of channel programmes, promotions and B2B sales environments.
• Excellent project‑management, organisational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Serbian.
