Marketing & International Education Program Specialist

About the role

Karavan is expanding its team and seeks a Marketing & International Education Program Specialist. You will drive the promotion of language courses, high‑school programs, and overseas study opportunities, helping young people gain valuable international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and monitor marketing campaigns for education programs.
• Create engaging content for social media channels and the company website.
• Present program options and advise candidates on the best fit for their goals.
• Conduct market research and develop new program offerings.
• Collaborate with schools, universities and partner organisations.
• Organise presentations, promotional events and participation in fairs.
• Track and analyse marketing and sales performance metrics.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in overseas education programmes.
• Background in marketing, social media, sales or client‑facing roles.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Initiative, creativity and a responsible work ethic.
