Project Manager – Clinical Supplies

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for clinical trials. You will ensure timely distribution of trial materials, maintain optimal inventory, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to support successful study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study‑specific supply plans for each assigned project.
• Coordinate with internal teams, provide risk assessments, and update project reports.
• Integrate all clinical supplies activities into the overall supply chain while ensuring GxP compliance.
• Participate in training on new regulations and represent the department in internal and external meetings.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain existing tools, seek improvement opportunities, and support bidding or client‑contact activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical trials or clinical supply chain management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Effective leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
