Regional Operations Manager

About the role

FCC is looking for a proactive Regional Operations Manager to lead and coordinate operational teams across Serbia. The role focuses on implementing operational plans, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve organizational structures, role definitions, procedures, and work processes.
• Oversee daily operational activities in the assigned territory and support teams in meeting business objectives.
• Monitor operational efficiency, analyse performance data, and launch initiatives to boost productivity.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Identify and implement new technologies, solutions, and methods to enhance processes.
• Manage the operational budget and track investment and capital‑expenditure projects.
• Lead productivity and optimisation projects, coordinating with other departments.
• Maintain communication with key clients, contractors, and partners, and provide regular reporting to senior management.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical field (bachelor’s or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within operations, production, logistics, maintenance or related industries.
• Proven ability to organise teams and manage operational processes.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Capability to work independently and make decisions within assigned responsibilities.
