Research Coordinator

About the role

Quadrant Strategies is seeking a Research Coordinator to support its Research Operations team. The role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and managing expert panelists who contribute to high‑stakes market research projects for Fortune 100 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute recruitment projects for interviews, focus groups, and surveys as requested by client teams.
• Conduct online research to locate potential experts and thought leaders for the firm’s panels.
• Initiate outreach to prospective panelists via LinkedIn, email, and phone, and maintain ongoing communication.
• Schedule and coordinate participation logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for panelists and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of panelist interactions and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the country of the assigned home office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
• Interest in market research, policy, and business strategy.
