Senior Meta Media Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Meta Media Buyer to lead performance across selected brands in our portfolio. This role treats the Meta channel as a profit‑driving business, linking campaigns directly to revenue, margin and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own end‑to‑end Meta strategy, including account and funnel structure, budget allocation and creative direction.
• Manage Meta campaigns with a focus on overall profitability metrics such as CAC, channel margin and LTV.
• Analyze campaign data to inform decisions, optimize performance and scale successful tests.
• Develop full‑funnel strategies across Meta and coordinate with the Google team on budget splits, incrementality and synergies.
• Continuously unlock growth through creative testing, offers, funnel tweaks and data insights.
• Lead performance reporting and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Create playbooks and best‑practice guides while remaining hands‑on.
• Stay ahead of Meta Ads updates and translate trends into commercial impact.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset, able to move from campaign metrics to blended business numbers.
• Extensive experience managing large e‑commerce budgets on Meta, especially in the German market.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue and margins rather than pure media metrics.
• Fluency in measurement techniques such as blended MER, incrementality testing and willingness to challenge platform attribution.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment handling complex, multi‑brand campaigns.
• Full professional English and currently based in Serbia.
