Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead day‑to‑day sales activities for our Belgrade location, focusing on building long‑term, value‑based relationships with customers and partners. The role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring seamless hand‑over to event management for service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers through sales calls, entertainment events, FAM trips, trade shows and community networking.
• Coordinate with off‑property sales channels to avoid duplication and maximize coverage.
• Participate in sales meetings, prepare proposals, draft contracts and maintain accurate customer correspondence.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and target‑customer data to identify and close high‑value opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to drive loyalty and increase account share.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
