Sales Representative – PoS & Electricians

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join Schneider Electric’s Channel team in Belgrade, covering Serbia and Montenegro. The role focuses on indirect customers – points of sale (PoS) and electricians – and acts as the face of the company in this market.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain relationships with PoS and electrician customers.
• Define and follow a PoS action plan and yearly contract.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for individual opportunities.
• Organise and deliver technical trainings and workshops for PoS partners.
• Monitor competitors, analyse market potential and provide regular reports on customer needs and competitive activity.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems and coordinate with support, maintenance and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Technical background, preferably a degree in electrical engineering.
• At least one year of experience selling electrical goods.
• Strong communication, organisational and target‑driven attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Passion for continuous learning and improvement.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge.
