Senior Auditor

About the role

As a Senior Auditor at The Finance Generation, you will lead an innovative audit team, applying data‑driven techniques to deliver high‑quality audit services for a Dutch audit firm operating from Serbia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach an audit team while maintaining the firm’s innovative audit process.
• Utilise data analysis and automation to make audit procedures efficient, effective and engaging.
• Identify client‑specific data‑analysis opportunities and automate repetitive audit tasks.
• Present analytical results to clients and explain audit approaches in clear meetings with Dutch colleagues.
• Perform audit procedures, document work in an electronic audit file, and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in audit practice.
• Hands‑on, coaching leadership style with a positive, transparent team attitude.
• Analytical mindset, ability to think out of the box and drive innovation.
• Passion for the audit profession and a professional, critical attitude.
• Commitment to a flexible, trust‑based culture.
