Senior Professional Services Specialist

About the role

Acronis is seeking a Senior Professional Services Specialist to act as the primary technical liaison for MSP and enterprise customers. You will guide customers through design, integration, implementation, and ongoing operation of Acronis cybersecurity, backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact, monitoring solution health and proactively resolving issues.
• Provide Technical Account Management, project delivery, and pre‑sale services.
• Design backup and business continuity strategies tailored to customer environments.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of technical issues with support, R&D, and data‑center teams.
• Produce executive summaries, root‑cause analysis reports, and regular status updates.
• Lead or assist deployments, configurations, and technical training for Acronis products.
• Conduct technical audits, recommend optimizations, and maintain detailed deployment records.
• Participate in webinars, industry events, and internal projects to evolve the Professional Services organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering professional services for cybersecurity, backup, or disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with IT, Operations, and Support teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple customer engagements.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Acronis cybersecurity and data‑protection products.
• Experience with cloud, virtual, and physical infrastructure environments.
• Technical troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and incident management.
• Ability to develop implementation plans, deployment scripts, and training documentation.
