Trade Marketing Manager Food

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager Food for its Commercial Development Team in Belgrade, Serbia, reporting to the Head of CDT Food SEE. The role brings shopper insights into trade implementation while driving growth of the channel and the Food category.

Key responsibilities

• Develop shopper-led strategies so that shopper and consumer insights inform key commercial decisions.
• Turn category strategy into actions across innovation, pricing, promotions, channels and customer plans, and drive category growth.
• Partner with strategic customers to find growth opportunities and build winning category plans.
• Define channel priorities and embed them in commercial and sales plans.
• Champion Revenue Growth Management (RGM/SRM) practices, using data and insights to support profitable growth.
• Create and run integrated commercial plans across brands, channels, customers and field sales teams.
• Monitor market trends, shopper behaviour and competitor activity to spot opportunities and improve performance.
• Manage promotional investments and budgets for effective resource allocation and strong returns.
• Work with Marketing, Sales, Finance and other functions, and comply with company policies and standards.

Required profile

• Ideally 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, customer management, sales or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and business planning skills.
• Team player and result-focused, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced use of the MS Office package.
