WCM Management Lead – Continuous Improvement

About the role

We are seeking a WCM Management Lead to drive World Class Manufacturing initiatives across the plant. You will coordinate the implementation of WCM pillars, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure sustainable performance in production and support functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the plant’s WCM roadmap, aligning with corporate standards.
• Organize training and coaching sessions on WCM tools and methodologies.
• Track KPIs, monitor pillar maturity, and prepare performance reports for management.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects, facilitate kaizen events, and ensure lasting results.
• Prepare for internal and external WCM audits, coordinate self‑assessments, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 7‑10 years of experience in methods, operational excellence, or continuous improvement engineering.
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and work analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation abilities.
• Fluency in Serbian and English.
