PCBA Maintenance Technician

About the role

The PCBA Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring production equipment availability and performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance according to established instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair machines, production tools, fixtures and inventory.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic equipment and electrical installations.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance as per guidelines.
• Handle and manipulate products, semi‑finished goods and raw materials safely.
• Operate laser engraving machines, solder paste application and inspection equipment, SMT/THT placement lines, conveyor systems, automated cutting, sorting and packaging lines, robotic arms, tunnel ovens, solder baths and conformal coating processes.
• Adjust tools and equipment during product change‑overs.
• Support production sector activities and work planning.
• Maintain appropriate maintenance documentation, including instructions, checklists and records.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education (IV level) with a technical focus.
• At least one year of relevant experience; 1‑3 years preferred, especially with PCBA.
• Good technical knowledge of automated processes; preferably educated in mechatronics.
• Experience with sophisticated automatic machines and with oscilloscopes, multimeters and signal generators.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills, responsibility and technical understanding.
• Intermediate English proficiency and basic MS Office knowledge.
• Willingness to continuously learn and work in a team.
