AI Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent solutions that connect data, AI, and business processes. You will transform large volumes of customer, transaction, and product usage data into actionable insights, building AI agents that can autonomously analyze complex situations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI agents that ingest data from multiple internal systems.
• Connect AI solutions with databases, APIs, and internal services.
• Design secure, scalable architectures enabling AI agents to access and analyze relevant data.
• Build systems for behavior analysis, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection.
• Create automated processes powered by AI technologies.
• Develop Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for structured and unstructured data.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and services.
• Test, monitor, and continuously optimise deployed AI systems.
• Collaborate with IT, product, data, and business teams to identify new AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into production‑ready AI solutions.

Required profile

• Experience in AI engineering, machine learning, software engineering, data engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of, or experience developing, AI agents and agentic AI systems.
• Knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with principles for building reliable, scalable production systems.
• Experience working with large datasets and behavioural analytics is a plus.
