Aladdin Business COO, Deal Desk Associate

About the role

BlackRock's Aladdin Business is expanding and is looking for an Associate to join its COO team in Belgrade. You will support business activities and manage projects on behalf of Aladdin Business leadership in areas such as commercial strategy, product strategy, business operations and technology enablement, working closely with managers and partner teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal operational processes for Aladdin business commercials and keep pricing information up to date and centralized
• Understand Aladdin Business contracts, including client fee structures and key contract attributes
• Provide oversight and governance over certain commercial terms and pricing
• Oversight of the contract deal flow, from first draft to signing, client onboarding and internal client data tracking
• Support creation of fee schedules in certain Aladdin business contracts
• Onboard new clients and maintain the client database and key contract terms
• Work with Finance, Relationship Management, Sales and Legal to share detailed information on client fees and contract changes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in law, organizational sciences, economics, business management or a relevant field
• Self-starter who works with a sense of urgency and takes a practical, entrepreneurial, execution-oriented approach
• Very detailed, able to simplify complex information for partner teams
• Analytical, with excellent time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of contracts
