Senior Finance Analyst - Europe Region

About the role

Viatris Healthcare d.o.o. in Belgrade is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst for its Europe Region Office. The role supports planning, forecasting, reporting and performance management, partners with European functional leaders, provides financial analysis and insights, and contributes to process improvements and automation in financial reporting and planning.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual forecast, budget and strategic planning through preparation, consolidation and analysis of financial data
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis to regional and global finance stakeholders
• Analyse financial performance against forecast, budget, prior year and strategic plan, identify drivers, risks and opportunities, and write management commentaries
• Track KPIs and support business decisions and performance reviews with European functional leaders
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, including accruals, allocations, reconciliations and management fees
• Develop and maintain management reports, dashboards and analytical tools
• Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation in planning and reporting
• Coordinate with local and global finance teams across Europe and support regional and global finance initiatives
• Use financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion and other planning and BI platforms, and comply with internal controls

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, Reporting or similar finance roles in a multinational environment
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Required skills

• Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting processes
• Advanced Excel, including Power Query and Power Pivot (advantage)
• SAP, Hyperion and financial planning/reporting systems (advantage)
• Power BI or similar visualisation tools (advantage)
