Application Support Analyst

About the role

Paysend is looking for an Application Support Analyst to ensure the reliability of its global payment platforms. You will monitor transaction flows, resolve incidents, and support release deployments for both B2C and Enterprise products.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage end‑to‑end payment transaction flows using Oracle SQL, Postman and OpenSearch.
• Maintain business‑critical payment services, track SLA windows and monitor system health with Grafana.
• Lead incident response, conduct root‑cause investigations and coordinate cross‑functional resolution.
• Handle stuck or flagged transactions, update statuses or escalate as needed.
• Communicate with partners and banks to resolve processing issues and data discrepancies.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to work independently.
• Experience managing concurrent, time‑sensitive incidents under strict SLA windows.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
• Basic Linux, network or cloud administration knowledge.

Required skills

• Oracle SQL for data querying.
• Postman for API testing and debugging.
• OpenSearch for log and transaction analysis.
• Grafana for performance monitoring.
• Basic programming skills in any language.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Jira and Confluence.
