Business Development Manager – IBM Software

About the role

TD SYNNEX is looking for a Business Development Manager focused on IBM Software. You will drive sales of IBM software solutions, translate vendor growth plans into actionable strategies, and expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy under clear managerial direction.
• Negotiate key tenders and large deals, applying industry best practices.
• Drive IBM Software sales from the agreed vendor portfolio, identify new vendors, and lead onboarding initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and create unique selling propositions that protect margin integrity and foster long‑term customer value.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the assigned IBM product and service lines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with the IBM Software portfolio.
• Strong understanding of IBM Software products, marketing programs, and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Fluent in Serbian and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
