About the role

Workster is looking for a dedicated Cleaner to join its team in Belgrade. The role is central to keeping the workplace clean and orderly, so that employees and visitors enjoy a pleasant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all premises, including offices, restrooms and common areas.
• Carry out regular cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and vacuuming according to the schedule.
• Store cleaning supplies safely and use them according to safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues or repair needs to the relevant personnel.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Work with the facilities team on deep cleaning and special projects.
• Keep a high standard of cleanliness in line with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to schedules and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
