SEO Manager

About the role

ReSupply, a US company founded by veterans that collects donated furniture and household goods from homes across the US and delivers them to charities, is looking for an SEO Manager. You will own organic search from top to bottom: technical health, local and service-area pages, content and AI-generated answers. The role is hands-on with no direct reports, based in the Belgrade office (hybrid) and working closely with the Boston marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the SEO roadmap and focus on the few things that drive bookings rather than the many that crawlers flag.
• Keep the site technically healthy: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, site speed and structured data, writing clear tickets for engineers.
• Optimize local pages for thousands of US zip codes and service areas.
• Research how ReSupply appears in AI search (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and build a plan based on testing.
• Turn keyword and intent research into content briefs, and write or edit priority pages yourself.
• Report on organic search value in bookings and revenue, with branded and non-branded split; rankings are clues, not the goal.
• Earn links and mentions through useful content and charity partnerships, and borrow keyword and conversion data from paid search.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO, including at least a couple of years owning an organic program end to end.
• Experience doing SEO for the US or another English-language market.
• Strong technical SEO and proof that your work drove leads, bookings or revenue.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: experience at a consumer service, marketplace or home services company, a site migration with a redirect map, and Python, SQL or Apps Script.
