About the role

The Senior Analyst in Client Relationship Management serves as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication with complex accounts. The role ensures smooth coordination between clients and internal senior professionals while supporting business growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communications, correspondence, and account documentation for designated clients.
• Conduct client and industry research, prepare benchmarking studies, and create risk maps for internal and external use.
• Handle billing transactions, coordinate calendars and timelines, and act as liaison between senior staff and business accounts.
• Address account concerns, resolve issues promptly, and determine when to escalate matters to senior colleagues.
• Collect and report insights on relationship satisfaction, offering context and suggestions to senior team members.
• Develop relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations and stay current on the company’s service offerings and market trends.
