Client Service Intern – Full‑Time Paid Internship

About the role

Our Client Service team is looking for a motivated intern to help delight clients by resolving day‑to‑day issues seamlessly and efficiently. You will work closely with clients, troubleshoot problems, and contribute to continuous improvement of the client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients and help resolve their day‑to‑day questions and issues.
• Troubleshoot issues by gathering information, investigating possible causes, and identifying the right next steps.
• Develop deep knowledge of Rho’s product, systems, and operational processes.
• Analyze client feedback and recurring issues and translate them into actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve the overall client experience.

Required profile

• Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
• Fresh graduate, final‑year student, or candidate with a few years of experience (humanities studies preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open‑minded, critical thinker willing to suggest improvements.
• Flexible, reliable, fast learner adaptable to changing team needs.
• Team player eager to assimilate into the team culture.

What we offer

• Paid full‑time internship lasting three months.
• Potential to become a full‑time employee at Rho after the internship.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM CET, with shift options Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday.
