Customer Service Specialist – German (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will handle German‑language inquiries for our clients. The position is based in Novi Sad and combines onsite work with the possibility to work from home. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts in German through phone, email and live‑chat.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot problems and resolve issues promptly.
• Document all interactions in internal systems and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and follow established service procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to improve processes and support overall customer‑satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with the ability to drive satisfaction through empathetic communication.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and good working knowledge of English or Serbian for internal communication.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or similar client‑facing role is preferred.
• Reliable, well‑organized and able to manage time effectively while working both onsite and remotely.
